Job Title- Senior Solutions Architect / Programmer Analyst Location - Los Angeles, CA, 90012 Duration - 12 months Position Description A Senior Enterprise Architect applies their management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support complex projects in applying organizing principles and methods of enterprise architecture. Methods of enterprise architecture include IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with the business process. This is accomplished through requirements analysis, needs assessments, and selection and implementation of integration strategies including lifecycle sustainability. The Senior Enterprise Architect will provide subject matter expertise in industry, and have specific knowledge of methods including architect enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management; business process design and re-engineering; investment decision making and support for solution architecture development/management; and support the attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and information technology strategy. Skills Required The Senior Enterprise Architect will possess knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration. Skills Preferred Proficient in Rest API, Azure DevOps, Net Core C#, IIS, SQL Server, Relational database design and concepts, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery. AJAX, JSON Competent in ASP.Net, Console/Batch Programming. Versatile in Full SDLC, Business Analysis, Data Modeling, QA / Testing, Full-stack Development, and Kanban Board management. With excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience Required This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. Experience Preferred Experience managing, leading, architecting, developing, and implementing a software development project end-to-end going through the entire SDLC with minimum supervision and instructions. Experienced with the following: - Requirements gathering with stakeholders 7-10 Years. - In-depth business analysis 7-10 Years. - Functional and technical documentation 7-10 Years. - Agile Ceremonies (ex. Retrospective, Sprint Demo, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, etc.) 2-3 Years. - Full life-cycle software development with both batch and full-stack programming 7-10 Years - Azure DevOps (CI/CD) 3- 5 Years. - QA 3-5 Years. - Deployment 5-7 Years. Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Additional Information Selected candidates will have to pass DPH's Live Scan check before engagement. It's a hybrid position and the Work location is: 1000 S. Fremont Ave; Bldg A-9 East Alhambra, CA 91803 This position is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and the rest days telework.
