A week in the life of aSoftware Engineer III: Collaborate in designing and shaping architecture to meet project goals Develop user interfaces, automated workflows, data repositories, charts, and dashboards Identify and recommend improvements to streamline business processes Gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs through stakeholder communication Job Requirements Active TS/SCIclearance withSCIeligibilityrequired Bachelors degreein Computer Science (CS), Information Systems, orequivalent experience DoD 8570 IAT Level IICertificationrequired(e.g.,Security CE, CCNA-Security, CySA, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP) 8 yearsof software development experience 3-5 years'experience in data analysis and reporting Extensive experience withJira/Confluenceadministration, including user permissions, workflows, and custom dashboards Skilled indata mining,pattern recognition, anddata visualization(Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) Familiar withAgilepractices (e.g.,Scrum/XP) Proficient inSQLandOracledatabases Experience inRHEL Linux administration, including system updates and troubleshooting Coding experience with front-end(HTML, JavaScript)and back-end(ASP.NET, C#, XML, JSON)languages Knowledgeable in data transformation and preparation Strong project and time management abilities with skills in capturing requirements and translating them into technical solutions Regularly discuss future technical capabilities with leadership and help plan new website features and improve program functionality AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary/hourly range for this position is $160,000- $180,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
