Position Overview: The Director of Business Development will lead efforts to drive new business and strategic partnerships in the Digital division, including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Online Media Buying, and other online marketplaces. This role is hands-on, focusing on sourcing leads, closing deals, and shaping the business development strategy for high growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential client opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. Collaborate with teams to build target client profiles. Sales & Client Acquisition: Manage the sales process from outreach to closing, developing presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed revenue targets. Strategic Asset Creation: Create sales materials (case studies, decks, etc.) to communicate our value proposition. Align with marketing for demand generation. Market Strategy & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and represent the company at conferences and events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to refine the go-to-market strategy and ensure smooth client onboarding. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in digital marketing or eCommerce. Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
