We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will blend graphic design expertise with photo editing skills to create compelling visual elements that elevate our brand presence and drive marketing and e-commerce success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand messaging into visually appealing content.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Design engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, product promotions, print and marketing collateral, video graphics, and other creative assets while maintaining brand consistency. Develop impactful A+ and Premium A+ content for product listings that align with marketing objectives and elevate the customer experience. Perform advanced photo editing, including cut-outs and enhancements, to ensure product images meet quality and branding standards. Work closely with marketing and procurement teams to produce visually engaging product assets that boost engagement and conversions on our e-commerce platforms. Ensure all visual elements maintain a cohesive look and feel, professionally representing the brand across all channels. Organize and maintain a well-structured library of visual assets for efficient access and updates. All other duties assigned. A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, XD, and Dimension, as well as an understanding of UI/UX principles, is a plus. Demonstrated experience managing tight deadlines and moving target dates. Ability to pay close attention to detail and incorporate feedback effectively. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Qualifications:
A portfolio showcasing real-world projects, including final deliverables that were published, used in campaigns, or delivered to clients, is required. Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing, advertising, and product design. Experience creating graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and product promotions. Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be given a simple creative exercise as part of the interview process. The task is designed to evaluate the candidate's creative skills and approach to feedback. Physical Requirements:
