SureWerx is growing and we are now looking to add a talented and experienced Territory Account Manager to our team. The ideal candidates will focus on taking our growth to the next level by penetrating new and existing markets, and providing value added product and service solutions. These roles will report to the Director of Field Sales.

This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in California.

Key Res

ponsibilities

• Manage existing account base to targeted growth plan and generate new distribution channels within the region.

• Manage product margin targets.

• Promote new product offerings to the marketplace.

• Build and maintain the distribution network for the specific territory.

• Train distributors on our products/programs/new products/safety/pricing.

• Together with our distributors, demonstrate and train end users on our products, the application, and use and benefits and features.

• Work in conjunction with distribution representatives to ensure customers service is always maintained.

• Conduct product knowledge meetings, product safety seminars and product demonstrations to end users.

• Organize, set up and attend trade shows.

• Complete credit reports for new accounts.

• Utilize all SureWerx sales tools to increase the product sales to the existing customer base.

• Deal with warranty and service issues in accordance with National policy.

• Support regional and national accounts.

• Understand your region's analytics and performance through MITS and other SW data.

• Prepare for customer meetings (prepare meeting plan and use analytics to determine the objective of the meeting).

• Provide product sales forecasts by category annually and as required.

• Assist customers and prospective new distributors with new programs, catalogues, flyers and increasing our internet presence on their website.

• Understand the programs within buying groups and create pull through with current and new members.

• Identify key accounts and accounts with the best growth opportunities within the territory.

• Work in collaboration with manufacturer reps.

• Deliver high quality presentations internally and externally.

• Daily CRM updates when deployed.

• Create territory plans and provide weekly call reports on a timely basis.

• Efficiently manage all required administrative functions, such as weekly reports, carefully manage selling expenses within your territory and business expense reporting.

• Travel up to 50%

• All other duties to be assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years sales and/or industry experience across multi-channels including welding, safety, construction, industrial, STAFDA and Rental

• Relationship builder and ability to generate and cultivate new leads

• Success using a strategic approach that will achieve short-term objectives and maintain priority for the long-term relationships with accounts

• Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and closing skills

• High initiative & follow-through with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to lead cross functional team

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
