Business Development Representative (BDR)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
Role Overview : The Business Development Representative (BDR) is crucial in building JDL's client pipeline. This role involves proactively searching for potential leads and initiating outreach to introduce JDL's 3PL services to prospective clients. The BDR will schedule meetings for the Sales Managers and is the first point of contact, laying the foundation for strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities : Research and identify potential leads that align with JDL's target client profile. Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients. Qualify leads to assess fit and interest in JDL's 3PL solutions. Set up meetings and introductory calls between prospects and the Sales Managers. Track and document all interactions and updates in CRM software. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
