General Summary:
Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on training and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies/procedures. II. Essential Job Functions:
Conduct communication meeting with team members Support group leaders with PEFF, 5s walk through, communication regarding any issues in the area and problem solving and countermeasures. Support group leaders with recording KYTs, IPPMs, scrap, rework/regrind, change point boards, training records and countermeasure implementation for all. Support group leaders for investigating safety incidents, escalation procedure, WPS creation and training paperwork. Responsible for parameter and hourly checks, hour by hour boards, leading exercise, STD work audits, Kamishibi boards, training to standardized work and team leader audits. Responsible for getting supplies (in-house) to the team members. Responsible for 5s of their area, respond to ANDONS, maintain printers, recording shift build schedule, copy documents and run red rabbits. Announce code yellow/Orange for quality issues and gather quality review or corrective action data. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Education: NA Experience:
1-2 years with leadership experience. 1-2 years with automotive experience preferred. Personal/Technical Skills:
Self-starter with strong work ethic Good problem solving and analytical skills Flexibility in a changing environment Mandatory overtime flexibility Flexibility to go to different shift based on business needs. Language Skills:
English, both written and verbal Computer/Software:
Basic Microsoft Office applications Work Environment/Conditions
