About the Role: Commercial Account Manager (P&C): We are seeking a licensed Commercial Account Manager with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Captive Insurance to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining client relationships, ensuring they receive top-quality service, and supporting our team's continued success. What We're Looking For:

Licensed Professional : Utah Property & Casualty insurance license with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance. Client-Focused Communicator : Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly. Committed to Growth : You value personal and professional development, aligning with our culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do:

Proactively manage client service needs, including quoting, binding, endorsements, and renewal processing. Coordinate effectively with underwriters, marketing reps, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Be a strategic partner with producers on new and renewal business, support client renewal meetings, and review policy terms. Oversee client accounts, including Loss Runs, audits, endorsements, and invoicing. Ensure policy accuracy with thorough checking, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance review. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and actions in the management system. Collaborate with the team by training and coaching staff as needed. Provide proactive solutions to enhance client experience and retention. Use cutting-edge tools like EPIC, Indio, CSR24, Zywave, DocuSign, and Reference Connect to deliver efficient, client-centered service. •Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance lines (Property, Liability, Auto, Workers Comp, Excess/Umbrella) Experience managing Captive accounts is a plus Professionalism in appearance and communication Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptable to new software Commitment to company values and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
