We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating with customers and technicians, and ensuring a smooth workflow within our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer preferences, technician availability, and shop capacity. Customer Communication : Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries. Respond to guest inquiries via chat. Data Entry : Accurately input customer information, appointment details, and vehicle information into the dealership's management system. Follow-up : Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address any concerns. Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and customer issues, finding solutions or escalating problems to appropriate team members. Teamwork : Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications:
Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : No previous experience required! Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, use a computer keyboard and mouse. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must have good manual dexterity. Must have good visual acuity. Benefits of Working at Swickard:
