The Customer Insights and Strategy (CIS) team drives Walmart's marketing success through a strategic vision and innovative solutions. Position Summary:
Product team at CIS seeks an experienced Senior Manager Product Management with deep understanding of product management processes, a keen eye for detail. You should be skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains, as well as working closely across product management, engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a multiyear vision and enterprise product roadmap that enhances growth, retention, and expansion of CIS landscape. Evaluate needs, stakeholder expectations, and the competitive landscape to develop products that position CIS as a key player in the marketing organization. Ensure business needs are met by continuously assessing the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives. This includes consultation with business partners and stakeholders, considering suggestions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in community outreach events. Partner with a team of world-class engineers and a high performing product marketing teams to bring product vision and strategy to life. Lead efforts to ensure data sourced and provisioned meet all required data quality standards, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies . You are a great fit for this role, if:

years of experience in Product Management You are equally adept at devising strategic initiatives and operationalizing tactical projects, with a proven track record of driving both high-level vision and detailed execution. You are a self-starter capable of fully immersing yourself in structured problem solving and data analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. Able to zoom out to develop compelling insights and viable solutions and execute complex projects and comprehensive action plans. You are tactful, respectful, and effective working with a diverse array of individuals. Involve others in decisions and plans that affect them, when appropriate, and understand how to convey a sense of urgency that motivates others to complete responsibilities and achieve goals. Applied experience with Agile frameworks is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Retail marketing industry experience or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
