Responsibilities -:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Remove bottlenecks in achieving the targets
• Collaborate with various Customer stakeholders, Team members and participate in signed off requirements and "buy-in" for other activities they are assigned or required to approve them
• High energy, self-motivated, should able to accomplish project goals.

Qualifications -

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in Tracking Stories in Jira or Azure Dev ops or Rally
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
