Insight Global is hiring: Scrum Master in Richmond

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Scrum Master with a strong background in the data space to support one of our insurance clients. This individual will support the activities of two separate data-heavy teams including facilitating daily stand-ups, PI planning, and other agile ceremonies. This role requires a versatile individual who can also flex into a Product Owner role as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the data space and be able to apply agile methodologies to the betterment of the business overall. Candidates who have a stronger technical background within SQL or other coding languages for example will be able to leverage these skills and make a greater impact. This candidate will work remotely on East Coast hours for a 12-month contract with the potential to extend based on performance. The hourly pay rate for this role is between $50-65/hour and based on experience.
