Vaco is partnered with a global retail client as they being to define and document upcoming projects across their enterprise global landscape (data reporting/analytics/pipelines, project metrics, IT resilience). This role involves planning, coordination, data analysis, and communication to ensure the successful delivery of the Resiliency Program across Europe and North America. The individual will lead cross-collaboration efforts across multiple domains, facilitate data reporting, and drive project metrics related to IT resilience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, contributing to a multi-year initiative that aims to enhance IT and operational resiliency.

Core Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Develop and implement data collection processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Manage data pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources to support comprehensive reporting.
- Dashboard Development and Reporting:
- Build, maintain, and optimize a Resiliency Dashboard using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, to visualize resilience metrics and provide real-time insights.
- Design and automate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Business Analysis:
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for IT resiliency projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, aligning requirements with organizational objectives.
- Project Management and Process Improvement:
- Lead and coordinate data collection, dashboard development, and reporting projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget requirements.
- Implement process improvements and automation in reporting and dashboard refreshes using tools.
- 5-7 years of data analysis experience with some project management knowledge
- Knowledge of service, quality assurance, hardware, and application delivery.
- Proven experience with managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work irregular hours ranging from Europe to North America.
- Ability to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
