Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy based on market research customer feedback and competitive analysis.
  • Define the products value proposition target audience and gotomarket strategy.
  • Align product strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
2. Product Roadmap & Planning
  • Own the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Create prioritize and maintain the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams in product planning including setting clear milestones and timelines.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify customer pain points market trends and new opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors products and strategies to inform product positioning and differentiation.
  • Gather insights through customer interviews surveys and data analytics.
4. Product Development & Delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer during the development process ensuring that the final product meets user needs.
  • Manage product release cycles including feature prioritization sprint planning and progress tracking.
5. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership customers and partners.
  • Communicate product updates progress and insights through regular reports and presentations.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and use it to refine product features and strategy.
6. DataDriven Decision Making
  • Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance identify growth opportunities and inform decisionmaking.
  • Perform A/B testing and analyze user engagement to optimize product features.
  • Continuously monitor product metrics and drive improvements based on data insights.
7. Product Launch & GotoMarket Strategy
  • Develop and execute product launch plans including marketing sales enablement and customer support strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Ensure successful product adoption by providing training documentation and support for sales and customer success teams.
Key Requirements 1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in product management preferably in specific industry e.g. SaaS ecommerce fintech.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
2. Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong understanding of product management frameworks (e.g. Agile Scrum Lean).
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana Aha!).
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.

  • Strong problemsolving skills with a datadriven and customerfocused approach.
