NOTE: Candidates are to be located in New York, NY metro areas only as this is a hybrid role where you are required to come into our New York, NY based office twice a week.
Who you are:
We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in SaaS and Product-Led Growth (PLG) to own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for our solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft compelling product narratives for various market segments and stages of the lead journey, drive product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate product adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, features, and releases, and integrate it into marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social, content, events) to generate demand and nurture leads.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Leverage PLG strategies to drive product adoption, user activation, and self-service growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, training materials, and product demos to equip sales teams for effective customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content such as case studies, white papers, and webinars to drive thought leadership and customer education.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze product marketing metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment, with a focus on PLG strategies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful GTM plans and product launches.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, PLG methodologies, and growth metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling product narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Experience with customer research, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user onboarding flows, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience in ABM is strong plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a strong plus

Salary Range in CA/NY: $120,000 - $160,000
