Arkestro is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work in a dynamic agile team environment. The desired candidate will be results oriented and able to manage requirements to maintain both an on-premise and Cloud data warehouse at CMS.

Specific tasks will include:

  • Solicit, define, and manage requirements and scope for CMS projects
  • Create, maintain, and support the distribution of applicable project-related artifacts including requirement documents, user stories, source to target mapping document, System User Guides, Operations Manuals, and Interface Control Documents
  • Prepare in-depth flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
  • Collect and perform analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system with moderate supervision.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders including business owners, developers, and scrum team members
  • Work closely with the test team to ensure that the requirements are implemented and tested as they are written, and
  • Create and present presentations to the client as well as other Stakeholders
  • Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
  • Perform analysis and assists with systems designs as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
  • Experience working with a business analyst team in complex environment
  • Experience soliciting and defining business and system requirements
  • Experience with IDR Support project
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with the Agile framework
  • Experience with databases and data warehouses
  • Experience with Teradata
  • Experience with AWS Cloud computing
  • Ability to query databases using SQL and/or similar querying languages
