Paradise Coast Sports Complex features 5 professional-level synthetic turf fields, including a 3500 seat Championship Stadium with a jumbo scoreboard, on-site recreation and entertainment options with high quality concessions. The complex hosts a variety of tournaments year-round including youth travel soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball and more. Other amenities include The Cove concessions and food truck pavilion, "The Factory" outdoor fitness center, a jogging trail, a 32-acre lake with sunset facing fire pits and a beach, food market, and the Great Lawn entertainment center. POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Supervisor will supervise staff and all aspects of the retail store, the Market, and satellite retail stands during individual events, as well as external non-food vendors such as photography, to ensure excellent and innovative products, world class customer service, and budgeted profitability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Successfully supervise all aspects of the Retail operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Retail Team Members
• Oversee and maintain all product pricing and properly maintain the POS and online platforms with accurate pricing, discounts, and controls
• Enforce proper cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory control and make certain all store merchandise is property displayed and tagged
• Ensure the Retail areas are clean, attractive, and properly maintained
• Assist in preparation of the annual budget and setting sales goals
• Generate and analyze daily and monthly financial & inventory reports against budget expectations
• Implement ordering processes that result in effective cash management
• Meet with vendors and make recommendations on products
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and suppliers
• Will represent the venue at various regional and local trade shows, job fairs, community meetings, governmental meetings, etc.
• All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Must be able to work under pressure and be decisive
• Ability to motivate employees
• Must be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdays
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CPR/AED certification

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
• Will be required to operate a computer
• Facility has intermittent noise
