Learn more at Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, US Marketing Operations- Sports to join our team located in Raynham, MA or Remote for the right candidate. In this role, the senior manager will lead work to optimize the business of sports medicine for JNJ MedTech nationally through coordination of activities that drive the P&L. In addition, this role will be a key driver of coordinating commercial strategy at the national level with AVPs, marketing, and education. This will include a national view of a rolling US execution calendar. Responsibilities: Commercial Execution + Roll up regional commercial Business Planning to establish view of US sports medicine business to include segmentation, targeting, account planning and forecasting + Ensure coordination of required corporate assets using the One Funnel structure + Proactively drive data-driven account target identification with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and supporting internal functions using available analytics tools + Point person for coordination with internal partners for FSO communications of quarterly priorities for execution Data-Driven Decision-Making + Support one funnel process and required analytics leveraging digital tools and providing feedback on accountability loop to all participants + Shape development of new capabilities in CRM, analytics, and other digital tools Asset Deployment & Optimization + Lead IBP process for US team + Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CommOps, Prof Ed, Demand Planning, SCG, and others to drive execution + Lead asset allocation to align resources with the greatest customer opportunities, including NPI roll-out processes Communications & Change Engagement + Identify change champions to drive adoption of commercial capabilities, including digital tools, and drive best practices + Communicate and reinforce critical messages about marketing/education/other business partner priorities / must-do's for the US organization The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year For additional general information on Company benefits, please go to: Qualifications + A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent is required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred. + MBA preferred. + A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience is required. + A minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare / medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience is required. + Orthopedic experience preferred. + Demonstrated leadership capability through influencing, including the ability to lead and manage through change is required. + Track record of success working within a matrixed organizational environment; enterprise mindset decision-making is preferred. + Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence and industry trends is preferred. + Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management along with is preferred. + Strong business & financial acumen in understanding the needs and priorities of the broader business with a penchant for understanding the use of metrics/numbers to gauge overall performance is preferred. + Excellent listening, written, and oral communications skills; excellent organizational skills along with the ability to make sales presentations with positive results is required. + Ability to manage stakeholders; which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions is required. + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure, and lead projects is required. + Ability to travel required (~40-50%) At Johnson & Johnson, we're on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
