Data Analyst

It is an exciting time to be supporting NexHealth. Our SaaS platform has a strong need by doctors and has a very compelling sell. 50% of doctors that see a demo will sign a contract within 2-4 weeks. We are building out our Business Intelligence platform across the company. We are looking for someone that loves building, diving deep into the numbers, and helping our teams have the data they need to make key strategic decisions about their organizations through data.

Success in this role means you've worked closely with each of our business units to help define, build, and interpret the dashboards, metrics, and reports necessary to gain key insights into their areas. Additionally, for the harder problems, have the ability to go deeper to identify and the drivers for nuanced issues like churn, customer adoption, and other strategic opprotutnies. You're also great at writing SQL, can work closely with our data engineering team to ensure our data models are designed in a way that results in a highly performant BI platform that provides key insights to our teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop our BI platform by building dashboards, defining core metrics, helping teams strategically think through their analytics needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product teams on weekly/quarterly/annual business metrics and performance tracking.
  • Develop clear rules of engagement across stakeholders to drive efficient processes for data queries and reports, including scope definition, solutioning and delivery of projects.
  • Explore areas to use AI/ML/predictive analytics to answer key business problems and deliver insights to leadership.
  • Proactively problem solving, bringing informed ideas on improvements to the Operations and Systems teams and proposing practical solutions to identified shortcomings.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics roles
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on corresponding objectives
  • Has developed significant reporting and analysis capabilities for teams such as Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success, by connecting to Product and Financial data
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
  • 2+ years experience building analytics capabilities for high a growth B2B SaaS company
  • Can use data to tell a story, and connect the dots to bring actionable insights to the business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective cross-functional leadership experience
  • SQL, Excel/G-Sheets expert
  • Bonus points: experience with Sigma, R and/or Python
