Insight Global is hiring: SLI Data Analyst in Flushing

Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Data Analyst to support one of our utility clients' Gas Operations groups in Queens, NY. This opportunity is a 6-month contract based 5 days a week onsite located in College Point Yard. This person will be supporting field teams that are inspecting and servicing an anticipated 25,000 service locations in Queens - we need someone to formulate a way to analyze the data from the field, to see if it has already been completed accurately, and to find bundling opportunities to maximize efficiencies in the field. This role will have two main parts 1. creating a form to geographically create routes (lateral and longitudinal) so that the field personnel can quickly and efficiently reach inspection and/or installation locations; 2. perform data mining, pull data from tableau reports/internal databases and cross referencing among tableau forms by leveraging advanced skills in Excel and SQL. Responsibilities also require performing analysis and reconciliation of internal record reviews to identify areas of improvement for future schedules.
