Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver’s license must match the home state for the compact license. Other documents do not meet the requirement for primary residency. Additional Details Required for all disciplines, Annual Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, non-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.) Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers.
