Description:

Has a strong technical foundation on Microsoft Dynamics CE. They are able to effectively lead workstreams to develop/ implement user stories and demonstrate success in leading a project end to end through the lifecycle.
• 3-5 years of experience on small to enterprise Dynamics CE projects in a technical role
• Implement multiple solutions/products - across Marketing, Sales, Service, etc (This area will be specific to the role for a project)
• Understands the overall design separate from immediate ask - how the request fits in with the full solution
• Helps understand the impact of configuration/customization on the application
• Understands how technical details impact effort and is tactful in probing scope with clients
• Develops and/or configure Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Experience with standard development process leveraging agile methodologies
• Reviews and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates to implement
• Creates technical documentation
• Experience working with offshore and remote teams
• Able to modify, configure and extend Dynamics CE prioritizing configuration over customization
• Foundational and intermediate Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications
• (Will be specific to project needs - for example: Customer Service Project will require Customer Service Functional Consultant Certification)
• Demonstrated success in leading a project end to end through the lifecycle
• Support Technical Architect to design and estimate parts of a proposed solution
• Full development stack on Dynamics CE (front-end code/configuration, back end database design, and integrations)
• Some experience in a client facing role
• Prior Big 4 / advisory experience is a plus

Technical Architect Manager
has deep expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CE and an understanding of the larger Microsoft ecosystem. Able to take ownership of solution architecture, with a focus on product delivery. Responsible for solution architecture, design, and delivery for assigned areas.
• Responsible for designing and implementing system and application architecture and associated standards for client-facing solutions, and for working with developers to ensure that all technology initiatives are implemented within the existing or planned framework.
• Lead IT Architect/ Solution Architect/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) Architect with experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) in Full lifecycle responsibilities (with hands-on) of platform architecture and delivery of completely new Microsoft technology based distributed multi-tenant platform of which the core is On-Premise Dynamics CRM.
• Professional experience on a wide range of technologies, through tier one global and multinational consulting firms and Fortune500
• Strong client facing skills
• Present the solution in an easy-to-understand manner and articulate the value, benefits, options, and trade-offs of the solution. Explain "why" do it that way
• 5-10 years of experience with a minimum of 1 enterprise level project
• Experienced with leading teams of 10 people or larger with varying levels of experience
• Experience delivering full project lifecycle, developing strategies, procedures, practices, team management and applications that support organizational goals using Azure Devops, JIRA and Agile.
• Prior Big 4 / Advisory experience
• Leads project to create solution architecture, with a focus on product delivery
• Responsible for leading development of common components and platforms.
• Implement continuous architecture improvement initiatives.
• Lead design and delivery of complex solutions that involve multiple connected systems
• Understands impact on overall IT portfolio and able to bring higher level technology recommendations to client use case based on IT strategy
• Foundational and intermediate Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications
• (Will be specific to project needs - for example: Customer Service Project will require Customer Service Functional Consultant Certification)

Additional experience (desired but may not be required on all projects)
• Azure experience with Use of tools like JIRA, PUPPET, CHEF, AZCopy, AZ Datafactory, Docker for VS and Azure DB Component, Azure Synapse, Azure Data factory
• Experience with Azure Pipelines (CI/CD), Azure Lake, Azure DevOps, Azure Agent, Synapse etc,
• Microsoft MVP (current or past)
• Experience with Microsoft F&O, Dual-write, Power BI and Power Platforms
