Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Transactions: Represent owners and developers in the planning, negotiation, design, and construction phases of major projects.

• Construction Disputes: Handle litigation matters, including disputes related to delay claims, liens, compensation issues, and quality of work.

• Client Representation: Work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to completion.

Qualifications:

• Litigation Experience: Some experience defending clients in construction disputes, with courtroom and deposition experience preferred.

• Transactional Expertise: Familiarity with managing complex construction agreements and documentation.

• Strong Academic Background: Excellent academic credentials are required; a transcript must be submitted with the application.

• Writing Proficiency: Exceptional legal writing skills with experience drafting complex transactional and litigation documents. A writing sample is required.
