- Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (day shift)

Payment Processing Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting information from payment instruments.
- Reviewing payments to ensure precision.
- Using our payment system to locate and post payments accurately.
- Making outbound calls to employers to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Returning unresolved payments to the sender.
Data Entry Responsibilities:
- Processing multiple documents daily, adhering to contractual requirements set by the State of New York.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues related to received information.
