TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology Chemo Certified Job Specialty: Bone Marrow Transplant Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Medical-Surgical and Oncology License: Must have a valid compact or state nursing license Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification - Oncology Certified (preferred) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred) Must-Have: - Medical-Surgical/Telemetry skills - Ability to monitor telemetry - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Use of Rapid Response Teams - Feeding tube care and management - Blood product administration - Central line blood draw - Peripheral line care and management - PICC line management - Nasal cannula administration Job Description: - Work in a mixed acuity PCU and MS unit specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant. - Flexibility required with scheduling as there is no set schedule or weekends. - Handle patient diagnoses including various types of Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, and Myeloproliferative Disorders. - Perform special procedures including Autologous, Syngeneic, and Allogeneic Transplants, as well as CAR-T Therapy. - Participate in orientation with 24 hours of non-billable modules. - Flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions only. - Complete fingerprinting requirements promptly as per instructions. 26374325EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS BLS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Connect with healthcare professionals nationwide, expanding your professional network.
