This is a Cape Cod' territory. The client has 4 different 'pods' and will work with our providers to determine the best area for placement. Take in beautiful scenery in this Home health setting for 13 weeks. Therapist will treat an adult and geriatric population seeing approximately 4-6 patients per day. Candidates with home health experience are desired.
