TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Medford, Oregon, 97504 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year License: Oregon license required (can submit with it pending) Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Experience with EPIC charting Job Description: - Position may require floating between units. - On-call requirement is unknown. - Every-other weekend work is required. - Block schedules requirement is unknown. - Expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1. - Scrubs provided for specific departments; any color scrubs allowed. - Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours. - Candidates are expected to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. - Must commit to working 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day). - Must be flexible with schedule and RTO (Requests for Time Off). Non-compliance can lead to contract termination. - Communication devices will be provided if required, or reimbursement will be provided for work-related cell phone use. - Modules are required pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours.
