TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Medford, Oregon, 97504 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year License: OR license required, can submit with it pending Certifications: None specified Must-Have: EPIC charting experience Job Description: - Open to first-time travelers with at least 2 years of ICU experience. - Willingness to work weekends as needed. - Must be flexible with potential floating between units or nearby affiliate hospitals. - Ability to work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). - Completion of 40 hours of orientation required. - Expected patient ratios are 1:2. - Scrub color is flexible for RN/Allied while specific scrubs are provided for certain departments. - Modules completed pre-start and annually, average of 16 hours spent (non-billable). - Ability to adapt to a 50-mile radius rule for assignments. - Must provide at least 2 supervisory references covering one year within the last three years. - Travelers should expect to float between all facilities within the state. - Communication devices required for job duties will be provided as needed.
