TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lakeport, California, 95453 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years of L&D, Mother/Baby, Antepartum, Circulate OR experience License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS - NRP - Fetal Heart Monitoring Must-Have: - Epic experience preferred - Availability to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing - Compliance with COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine policies (status unknown) Job Description: - Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - Address the physical, psycho-social, safety, rehabilitative, and learning needs of patients and their families - Manage care of assigned patients and direct the activities of ancillary staff - Collaborate with nursing peers, co-workers, attending physicians, and allied support services - Weekend rotation required; no on-call requirement - Modules are completed during orientation; 16 hours of non-billable orientation Note: Applicants must be willing to meet a travel requirement of 50 miles.
