TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20010 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Pediatric Telemetry Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric specialty experience required; First-time travelers accepted License: Valid State License required at the time of submission; Pending license accepted with proof Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: - No background or license issues - COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster required with no exemptions Job Description: - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 while providing care on the Pediatric Telemetry unit. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies for weekend and holiday shifts, with every other weekend required. - Provide high-quality care to patients of any age, with no age cut-offs. - Float between critical care units as needed, including NICU, PICU, and CICU. - Complete all required pre-start modules prior to orientation; minimum of 20 hours. - Adhere to a non-smoking facility policy with zero tolerance. - Submit a current high-resolution photo meeting specific guidelines upon acceptance.
