TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Tracy, California, 95376 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid CA RN License required at time of submission Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) by AHA - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by AHA - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Fetal Monitoring Certification Must-Have: - Comfort working with newborns and post-delivery mothers - Epic charting experience preferred - Ability to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing Job Description: - Work three 12-hour night shifts per week - Complete required modules during orientation - Maintain high standards of care in labor and delivery - Manage acute obstetric cases - Apply expertise in fetal monitoring - Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills - Comply with travel and return policies as specified - Fulfill orientation requirements with 16 hours of non-billable training Additional Information: - Flu and COVID-19 vaccine status unknown - Return policy requires a one-year gap to return as a traveler - Observe travel compliance policies, including a 50-mile travel requirement and local rates for locals Ensure all certifications are American Heart Association (AHA) certified and in hand at the time of submission.
