Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs. Nurses will identify patient needs, determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments. This role requires conducting assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnosis, and functional health framework. Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care are key responsibilities. The nurse will document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
