Candidates in this position will primarily test circuit boards. The testing is done mainly on a computer system. They assist with the assembly of the circuit boards if needed. The role also involves performing quality checks of the processes and the products using measuring tools, updating records, and performing documentation.

- Experience with function testing in electronics.
- Exposure to an electronics environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Skills in assembly, component assembly, and electronic assembly.
- Experience with test fixtures.

Work EnvironmentThis position is within a large electronics company known for its clean and organized facilities. There are openings for 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The 2nd shift runs Monday to Thursday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a $0.50 differential. 2nd shift candidates will need to train on the first shift or a mid-shift for a month before transitioning to the 2nd shift for training purposes. Training shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 9:00 or 10:00 AM, and training duration can be adjusted to 1-2 weeks if necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
