Position Overview
Join the growing Stanley 1913 North America retail marketing team as our Retail eCommerce Manager! You will own the management and distribution of digital assets to our key accounts to strengthen Stanley's digital presence at retail. Collaborating closely with marketing colleagues, as well as the Creative, Sales, and Sales Ops teams. This role will contribute to launching new products, refreshing the Stanley brand across eCommerce sites, and supporting retail programs to ensure successful sales and a beautiful brand experience wherever a consumer is shopping online for Stanley.
This is full-time position, residing in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to support marketing efforts and Stanley’s online presence at major retail partners like Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, REI, Academy, and more.
- Improve and drive brand awareness and visibility online at key retail accounts.
- Work in partnership with Sales managers and cross-functional teams to identify and unlock new eCommerce opportunities for key accounts.
- Manage multiple projects and own timelines and processes in collaboration with creative, marketing, sales, and other key collaborators.
- Own the management and distribution of digital assets to our retail partners, including product photography, PDP copy, videos, and other creative assets.
- Ensure internal product content distribution systems are constantly up-to-date and shared proactively with key stakeholders.
- Manage the assets made available to partners on our B2B platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product and lifestyle imagery is made available seasonally.
- Collaborate with Creative and various Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets in support of pivotal upcoming retail moments. Opportunity for development of a strategic content rollout strategies and best practices!
- Identify potential data management and product content distribution SaaS solutions, including platform vetting and management.
- Work closely with a small team of retail enthusiasts to ensure the success of each Stanley program at retail.
About You
- Experience working with, or within, a cross-functional marketing and creative team.
- Experience in consumer goods and/or retail industries.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative, with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical problem solver with a proactive approach who anticipates future challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6-8 years of marketing and/or eCommerce management experience and experience working with a team to support eCommerce in digital retail environments.
- Experience with collaboration and project management software, such as Smartsheet, Bynder and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with product content distribution systems and digital asset management tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
Compensation
$80,000-95,000 annually

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
