Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a qualified Journeyman HRIS Data Analyst (this is Not a junior level position) for the following task:


Primary responsibilities:

  1. Analyze workforce data, such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics, to identify trends and labor projections.
  2. Build/modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs.
  3. Administer relational databases.
  4. Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets.
  5. Assist with survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies.
  6. Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts.
  7. Ability to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in easily understood narratives via graphical, written, and verbal formats.
  8. Manage HR data and conduct analysis.
  9. Previous data analysis experience within the IC.
  10. Strong Tableau experience is required.
  11. Tools: MS Office including Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Tools: Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson.
  2. Workforce analytics and workforce planning experience.

Education and Experience:

  1. Requires BA/BS and 6+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
  2. An Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph is required. Candidates will NOT be considered for this position if they do not possess the required security clearance.
