The Role:
As the Sr. Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, you'll play a critical role in driving predictability, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across our global organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, this highly visible role offers regular collaboration with senior leadership, including our CRO, CEO, and global regional leaders. Empowered with the autonomy to innovate, cutting-edge tools, and support from a seasoned team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming Revenue Operations and shaping the future of our GTM strategy.
What You'll Do as Sr. Business Analyst:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau and Domo
- Deliver insights through data analysis to improve forecast accuracy, revenue predictability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop tools and reporting cadences for stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to regional sales leads.
- Conduct quota coverage analyses, forecasting validation, and territory mapping to support sales strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate marketing, customer success, and product data into holistic reporting.
- Document and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Support FY25 planning, including headcount projections, account coverage models, and organizational restructuring.
What You'll Bring As The Sr. Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in an analyst role, preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, or Looker).
- Proven ability to analyze data using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data visualization.
- Experience in forecasting, territory mapping, quota management, and sales planning.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for operational excellence.
- Familiarity with Clari or similar tools for forecasting and pipeline management is a plus.
