What you’ll be doing: The Digital Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional team members to promote brand, products, system solutions, services and organizational best practices across all Social Media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, SMS etc. as needed. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM and PPC etc. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Align with customers' digital strategies to build and maintain a coherent brand across multiple social media channels. Collaborate with the offline team to execute omnichannel innovative marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C to build premium brand position. Work with the product managers to develop and manage the New Product Launch (NPL) and communication plan to currently position new products in the market. Use advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels and tailor our campaigns. Work closely with digital marketing specialists to enhance key performance metrics, including website traffic, customer engagement, bounce rate, CX, UX and ad spend return on investment. Develop right graphics and marketing messages tailored to each digital channel by working closely with in-house or external creative agencies/3rd parties. Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets. Collaborate and coordinate with the regional and other country digital marketing teams to identify innovative growth and brand building strategies. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Hubspot & Contentful). Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
