Business Systems Analyst

Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in integrating and optimizing multi-system landscapes, combining both technical and functional expertise. Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules (AR, AP, GL, tax, asset accounting, etc.) and integration with SD, MM, and PP, especially in a manufacturing context. Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionalities, including the Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and FIORI interface. Excellent problem-solving abilities to support complex, cross-functional processes. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Qualifications Required: Experience with SAP Background in Accounting and Finance Expertise in FICO with a focus on the manufacturing industry Preferred Qualifications: Strong skills in documentation, business requirements gathering, data migration, financial modules, ETL, and change management. Familiarity with product costing, account management, production planning, and materials management optimization. Experience in developing test cases for finance processes.
