WHAT YOU'LL DO: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Communications, Media & Public Relations to spearhead our internal and external communications efforts. This role is critical to reinforcing our brand, reputation, and ensuring effective communication across audiences and channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven background in effective communications that drive engagement and support growth for a global brand. Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive communications strategies (internal and external) that align with the company’s goals, brand, and the company culture. Content Roadmap: Design the roadmap, and execution calendar for effective communications across the division that align with business strategy and coordinate with cross-functional business needs including growth and innovation, marketing, teammate relations, IR, operations, and customer experience. Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communications to keep teammates informed and engaged. Efforts include managing our intranet (SharePoint), teammate collaboration platforms, support internal referrals, and internal newsletters. Executive Communications: Develop and manage communications for executive leadership, including presentations, internal meetings, and strategic communications initiatives that contribute to our thought leadership internally and externally. Brand & Executive Social Media: Develop, deliver, and maintain the company’s social media presence and executive profiles, ensuring all touchpoints align with brand strategy and engage target audiences. Media & Public Relations: Build strong relationships with media partners to support thought leadership contributions and manage media inquiries. Develop and execute PR campaigns to reinforce the company’s public image and reputation. Enterprise Coordination: Support communications efforts led by the enterprise corporate communications team including mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and crisis communications. Mitigate potential risks to the company’s reputation and disseminate timely and accurate information to stakeholders. Collaboration and Leadership: Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of communications, media, PR strategies, and business objectives. Data Collaboration: Work closely with data teams to leverage market insights for strategic decision-making and effective positioning. Support Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team by developing a coordinated communications calendar with content marketing, social, events, milestones, and quarterly planning. Hands-on Leadership: Be willing to dive into details and work alongside teammates to achieve goals. Reporting and Measurement: Define and track reporting dashboards to measure success against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, plus experience in a highly regulated industry and public company. Proven ability to develop and deliver successful communication strategies and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communications. Experience managing high-profile communications for executive leaders. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate across departments and teams. Experience with SharePoint, HubSpot, Smartsheet, Meltwater, AI communications platforms, and all social media channels. WHAT WE OFFER: Excellent growth and advancement opportunities. Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 depending on experience. Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 Annual. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
