Primary Responsibilities
Sales Representatives play key roles in generating and increasing revenues in support of the continued company wide effort to grow and expand. Sales representatives are responsible for selling Quicksilver's services by identifying leads, educating prospects on services through calls, face-to-face presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Responsibilities include:
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Each week the representative is required to generate leads and complete a minimum of 15 qualified sales appointments with face to face presentations.*
- A quota for each cycle exists to increase net cycle revenue by $1,000 each cycle and increase net active accounts by 4 each cycle.*
- Base salary + RESIDUAL commissions (the best long-term commission structure in the industry!)
