Position Overview: We are seeking an imaginative and results-driven Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with qualified brands and their AORs, educating stakeholders about the Passes platform and our creator community, and driving revenue for both Passes and the creators who empower us. Your goal will be to build a sustainable and repeatable partnership framework that drives business-level results for brands and creators alike. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Development & Management Identify, qualify and nurture relationships with advertising & marketing specialists at brand and agency. Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and anticipating their needs in partnership with Passes Success team. Work closely with internal teams to address any issues and ensure both client and creator satisfaction. Develop and deliver best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Educate & Consult Create thoughtful and cohesive sales presentations that drive forward our platform’s mission and values. Utilize internal and external data to develop a compelling narrative. Work cross-functionally with our Data Science and Product teams to keep clients informed of industry trends and platform innovation. Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to plan and implement key business initiatives. Market Research and Analysis Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging creators, and the overall marketing landscape. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships. Drive Revenue Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that benefit both brands and our creator community. Own and manage your own book of business, including data-informed lead generation, pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting. Analyze sales cycle and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in a brand partnerships, advertising sales or similar role. High impact presentation skills starting from deck development through pitch delivery. Strong understanding of the creator economy and the power of influencer marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients at brands directly as well as their dedicated media and marketing agencies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to hold accountability. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Passes: Competitive salary and commission structure.
