Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect looking to lead transformative projects within a globally respected firm?

Join a globally recognized automotive leader as a Senior Solution Architect, driving innovative technology solutions that align with key business goals. Reporting directly to the IT leadership team, you will collaborate across departments to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX, while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and operations of IT resources, aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems, ensuring optimal configuration and customization.
  • Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, including software updates, integration projects, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain security frameworks within Dynamics 365 F&SCM, ensuring compliance with data regulations.
  • Lead efforts in reporting and finance integrations, driving continuous improvements across Concur, OneStream CPM, and other platforms.
  • Manage team performance, providing mentorship and fostering innovation.
  • Act as the point of contact for all EFS department clients, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of technofunctional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
    • Expertise in system architecture, including security configurations and workflow design.
    • Familiarity with OneStream CPM solutions and finance-related platforms is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or project management (e.g., ScrumMaster) are a plus.
