Sr. Software Engineer

Brady is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our software development teams, using modern development practices and latest technology stack. Bring your engineering strengths and passion, to help Brady create industry leading ecommerce solutions that meet the safety, identification, asset tracking and compliance needs of our global customers. The core purpose of this position is to design and develop the next generation of ecommerce solutions. • Designing and developing ecommerce solutions using best practices of software development
• Adjust priorities and deliver business value as part of a scrum team
• Work with and mentor junior engineers
• Automate select systems administration tasks through creation and maintenance of scripts and tools
• Proposes technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems
• Analyze monitoring and system performance data and provide improvement recommendations to product and system owners
• Provide monitoring support and troubleshooting for all tier-one customer-facing services
• Performs other duties as required
