Brand Manager PopCorners & Baked

To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for Brand Manager to develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the marketing mix for the PopCorners & Smiths Baked portfolios. You will lead the annual brand planning process and manage external agency partners to execute campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day operations of these portfolios, including budget management, sampling, artwork, and eCommerce.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Day to Day Brand Management of the PopCorners & Smiths Baked Portfolios to Drive Growth:
- Compile multiple source consumer and in-market data to identify key brand insights and opportunities, tracking and communicating via monthly insights dashboards.
- Develop annual marketing plans across innovation, communication and activations to deliver AOP volume, revenue, share and profit targets.
- Responsible for building ongoing brand equity as measured by Kantar tracking.
Product Innovation and Commercialisation on PopCorners & Smiths Baked Portfolios:
- Proactively develop and execute product and packaging innovation to drive consumer and customer centric growth opportunities tapping into global best practice
- Be the chief promoter of these portfolios internally engaging, presenting and influencing key stakeholders (Sales, Shopper, Category, R&D, Supply) to drive alignment, excitement and joint ambition for brand growth.
- Provide thorough measurement and evaluation of all NPD projects.
Creative and Activation Development on PopCorners & Smiths Baked Portfolios
- Partner with PopCorners global team to build lead equity assets, complementing with local creator and sampling support
- Partner with Smiths Masterbrand team, to ensure support of Baked through Masterbrand comms, complemented with Baked AO activity
- Partner with shopper marketing teams to ensure strong execution BTL, including retailer and internal engagement.
- Drive continuous measurement and improvement of media performance, leading creative/media optimisations with agency to drive growth.
- Measure and track performance vs Brand KPIs, volume, share and profit objectives each month within monthly performance updates.
Agency/ Supplier Management
- Manage key Sampling, Social Media, Packaging, Insight, Research, Strategy, Media and Creative agencies to ensure effective brand outcomes for the PopCorners & Smiths Baked Portfolios
Qualifications:
About you:
- Demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage and execute projects
- Experience in developing strong cross-functional relationships (Category, Shopper, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Commercialisation, Finance)
- Technically proficient in FMCG data analysis (Circana, Nielsen or Quantium) to gain insights for business decisions with ability to analyse brand performance and propose actions for leadership teams.
- Excellent presentation skills ability to present to large internal audiences and external retailers (both oral and written)
- High levels of curiosity to bring outside in inspiration and apply it to day to day thinking for the portfolio
- Financial acumen and basic P&L understanding
- Experience in leading social, digital campaigns including acting as lead to external creative/media agencies (briefing, delivery, optimisation, post campaign analysis)
- Ability to be highly organised yet adaptable to changing circumstances
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities & to influence momentum to execute
