Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. You will be managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery . Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the electrical and HVAC mechanical projects and service, and a proven track record in sales/account management. The ability to persuade and influence others and build lasting relationships is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative sales techniques.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate complex MEP concepts and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes to stay ahead in the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client needs are met.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles in the construction industry.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Understanding of HVAC mechanical products and services.
  • HVAC project/service sales experience.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have an understanding of HVAC and Electrical theory and practical application.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
