Your role will include providing support and resources to families while implementing specialized programming to meet the needs of the dementia population. A preferred licensure in nursing or a social sciences degree is required, along with significant experience in memory care settings.

Memory Care Director

Preferred licensure in nursing or social science degree i.e. Sociology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work.

Excellent communication skills to serve as a vital link between the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, and visitors.

Experience working with residents with dementia diagnosis, understanding of disease process, stages of dementia and programming needs of dementia population.

Serve as a resource and support for family members and friends of residents in the Memory Care Residence

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred licensure in nursing or social services discipline (LVN, LPN, RN or BSW).
