We are currently in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to enhance our operations in Petaluma, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a significant impact within a team that values clear communication and initiative. This job will be supporting the CEO of a rapidly expanding company. He is a level 5, big-picture person. Your job will be to help him stay on track, keep organized, and block and tackle to protect his time.
Duties:
● Manage and report key data and metrics in company
● Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and agendas, ensuring effective use of time.
● Manage email inbox, phone and respond when appropriate.
● Step in as needed to run meetings.
● Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate follow-up.
● Assist with recruiting and first pass screenings of potential hires.
● Manage projects for the CEO as needed.
● Represent the company’s brand with a professional appearance and conduct.
● Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring timelines for ongoing projects.
● Manage personal tasks and errands
● Support customer engagement initiatives, including coordinating and participating in appreciation events.
● Contribute positively to the company culture and uphold core values.
● Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
● Research and compile information for various projects as needed.
● Perform additional office duties as assigned and provide backup for management tasks.
