PRODUCT INFORMATION ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Part-time, Temporary position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Analyst to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our extensive product catalog, ensuring that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for our online platform. You will work to gather product data, create compelling descriptions, and organize product attributes using tools like Excel and CLI. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through clear, consistent, and comprehensive product information. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality product content in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

· Gather, organize, and maintain accurate product information for our e-commerce platform

· Manage product descriptions, attributes, images, and other relevant data

· Utilize Excel and command-line interface (CLI) tools for efficient data management

· Ensure product information is up-to-date, consistent, and compliant with company standards

· Edit and optimize product images for web use

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CLI tools

· Experience with e-commerce platforms and product data management

· Excellent written communication skills

Bonus Qualifications:

· Knowledge of SQL for database querying and management

· Basic Python programming skills for data manipulation and automation
