Hybrid-once fully trained

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • 3 years accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Paying $23 per hour; depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Using Excel in terms of manipulating data sheets.
  • Payment processing, voiding reissuing, and building payment batches.
  • Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Processing transactions such as disbursements, expense vouchers, cash receipts
  • Prepare reports to validate transactions.
  • Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years accounts payable and receivable experience
  • MS Excel skills
