Description
Project Manager - Custom Homes - Portland Maine Responsibilities:
- Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
- Work efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
- Ensure the quality of high standard performance and compliance
- Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineers
- Communicated daily with the owner/client
- Establish project objective goals
- Manage multiple projects at any given time
Profile
Project Manager - Custom Homes - Portland Maine Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building/ managing custom homes
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Construction related degree (preferred)
Job Offer
